Prettig, comfortabel, sfeervol hotel. Prima service. En de mogelijkheid om een goede cappuccino/ starbucks in de ochtend naar je kamer te halen, vind ik top! Vlakbij het centrum, en ligt aan een park (lekker even 's ochtends joggen). Dit wordt mijn favoriete hotel in Antwerpen!

Beste, wij hebben niet goed geslapen door een constant, onbekend geluid. De verwarming/airco stond uit, de televisie ook. We weten niet of er iets op het dak stond (onze kamer was op de 8e verdieping: 812), of in de servicekamer naast ons. Er heeft niemand ons kamernummer gevraagd bij het ontbijt (we hadden dus perfect kunnen zeggen dat we niet ontbeten hebben...), het onderhouds-/kuispersoneel was zéér vriendelijk!!!! We komen dus graag terug... Van de Velde-Mangelschots
