Beste, wij hebben niet goed geslapen door een constant, onbekend geluid. De verwarming/airco stond uit, de televisie ook. We weten niet of er iets op het dak stond (onze kamer was op de 8e verdieping: 812), of in de servicekamer naast ons. Er heeft niemand ons kamernummer gevraagd bij het ontbijt (we hadden dus perfect kunnen zeggen dat we niet ontbeten hebben...), het onderhouds-/kuispersoneel was zéér vriendelijk!!!! We komen dus graag terug... Van de Velde-Mangelschots

We hadden echt een heel prettig verblijf. Het personeel was bijzonder aardig! En de familiekamer vonden we prachtig. Misschien 2 puntjes: - Op de site kon ik niet goed aangeven dat ik met kinderen kwam. - Het lage salontafeltje op onze kamer (403) was nogal gammel. Groeten, Jeroen Leermakers
